Repurposed Antiques

“They don’t make em’ like they used to.” Back in the early 1900s through the 1960’s even something as common as a radio or TV was hand-crafted to not only function but also look beautiful. Many of these household items used the same vacuum tubes we still use in many guitar and bass amps today. Why let all that beauty go to waste, sitting in a dusty basement or barn? If I come across a cool antique piece that can be restored and repurposed into a functional tube amp, I’m going to let the world see its beauty, history, and make it useful again. This is a collection of some of those pieces of history turned into incredible-sounding tube amps.
